The Bergen Record has a follow-up to the Elizabeth Oakwood project. According to the article, it simply took an addendum stating that the rents would cover the bond payments, which rents are subsidized by federal vouchers via the taxpayers. If that source of funding dries up, then what?
As to what became of Sidamon-Eristoff's concern that the financing raised "a number of legal questions" is anyone's guess.
