Bury presented concern on the reliance of paying for the bulk of the bond on the sale of the SRECs. In keeping with their "anything goes" manner of governing, none of the freeholders expressed any concern. See video here. Predictably, the Gulf oil spill gets mentioned by the freeholder from Cranford.
This project relies heavily on a risky market to repay the bond. Keep your fingers crossed overtaxed taxpayers.
