NorthJersey.com is reporting NJ lawmakers are working on a 10-bill package to catch and punish internet users who prey on children. How can anyone take this seriously when ex-assemblyman Neil Cohen was indicted over two months ago and there have been no reports of an arrest or an arraignment? Is this some kind of sick joke?
