Unconscionable Property Tax Hike

Years of waste, mismanagement, incompetence, greed, cronyism, nepotism, overly generous salaries and benefits are costing Linden homeowners dearly in an almost 14% property tax increase. See Star Ledger article here.  It's sickening.

How much are Linden overtaxed taxpayers paying on the bonds for all the failed UCIA projects in addition to keeping the UCIA's campaign donors flush with money?  Why haven't we pulled the plug on the Morningstar project?  Haven't Linden taxpayers been milked enough?

John Bury who writes at NJ.Com Voices will be doing a piece on the UCIA.  The UCIA appears to be the little sister of the BCIA.  See here for latest on the BCIA.  There are many striking similarities between the UCIA and the BCIA.  Perhaps Linden should hire an independent auditor to see exactly what in hell is going on at the UCIA.  We deserve at least that much.

P.S. to LHS/072044life.  See a doctor.

This whole property tax system is completely corrupt. It is the most unfair tax of all and should be abolished. propertytaxrights.com really opened my eyes to what the truth is about the corruption and how the system is rigged against us by design. I've signed the petition and sent off a letter to my Senator. We've got to get together and get rid of this terrible tax that makes us renters in the homes we own. We are tired of the schools and municipalities using us as their personal ATM's.

The city council which controls the budget has refused to make any cuts and keep down the taxes. Great job Bob Bunk.
