Property Tax Cap Savings Calculator

See here to view what your property taxes would have been today had a tax cap been in place for the last 10 years.   More shocking is to imagine what your property taxes will be in the next 10 years without this cap in place.

Those opposing the property tax cap clearly do not care about seniors, the disabled or the rest of us overtaxed taxpayers.  If they did, they would pass it immediately and stop with the games already.

See here to view which Mayors support the Governor's tax cap.  According to this list, Union County Mayors who haven't signed on are from the following towns:

Roselle Park
Clark
Scotch Plains
Mountainside
Elizabeth
Summit
Fanwood
Plainfield
Union
Garwood
Rahway
Roselle
Winfield

Weird, huh?

There is an awful lot I could have done with that $1,200.00 dollars I would have saved under the cap proposed by Christie - rather than supporting a bunch of whining, self-entitled (and lazy) relatives and friends of people in local government...
